Shipping Information
We know you're excited to receive your order, and we’re just as excited to send it your way!
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We make them in house and do our best to get them out as quickly as possible!
- Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before you complete your order.
- Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
- International Shipping: At the moment, we do ship internationally. If you're outside North America and would love to order, feel free to reach out!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can fix it:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
- How to Start a Return: Send us a message with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. (We totally get it—trying something on is fine, but please keep it in new condition!)
- Refunds & Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll check it over and process your refund or exchange. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
